The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has declared the RRB NTPC UG CBT 1 Result 2026 for CEN 07/2025 on August 24, 2026. The result is for candidates who appeared in the first-stage Computer-Based Test (CBT 1) for Non-Technical Popular Categories (Under Graduate) posts.
Candidates can check their roll numbers in zone-wise result PDFs. Individual scorecards and response sheets will be available from August 26 at 5:00 PM. The second stage CBT is scheduled for September 17, 2026.
The recruitment drive covers 3,058 vacancies under four NTPC Undergraduate posts. These include Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Junior Clerk cum Typist, and Trains Clerk.
RRB NTPC UG CBT 1 Result 2026: Key Details
The recruitment is being conducted by the Railway Recruitment Boards for Indian Railways. It was notified under CEN No. 07/2025, with the notification released on October 28, 2025.
The CBT 1 exam was held from May 7 to 9 and June 13 to 20, 2026. The result was declared on August 24, along with region-wise and category-wise cut-off marks.
Candidates who qualify in CBT 1 will be considered for the next stage. The shortlisted roll numbers are available through the relevant RRB result PDF.
RRB NTPC UG Vacancy Details
RRB notified 3,058 vacancies for the NTPC Under Graduate recruitment. The largest share is for Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, with 2,424 posts.
Accounts Clerk cum Typist has 394 vacancies. Junior Clerk cum Typist has 163 posts, while Trains Clerk has 77 vacancies.
How to Check RRB NTPC UG CBT 1 Result 2026
Candidates should visit the official website of the RRB zone under which they applied. They should then find the result notice for CEN 07/2025 under the Results or Latest Updates section.
Open the result or shortlist PDF and search for the roll number. On a desktop, candidates can use Ctrl+F. On a mobile device, they can use the search option in the PDF viewer.
If the roll number appears in the list, the candidate has been provisionally shortlisted for CBT 2. From August 26 at 5:00 PM, candidates can also log in to the official scorecard portal using their Registration Number and Date of Birth.
The scorecard will show the individual normalized marks. Candidates should save the result PDF and scorecard for future use.

Candidates need their Registration Number and Date of Birth to access the individual scorecard. Both details should match the information submitted during the application process.
RRB has not separately notified the documents required for the later document verification or medical examination stage. Any such list will be available when the board releases further details.
